We are looking for a Team Member in Engineering for Operations & Maintenance of Water Systems(Potable ,Purified, Water for Injection, Pure Steam Systems) & Utilities. Responsible for Preparation, reviewing of all the Quality related documents, SOP\'s.Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Safety upkeepment in Utilities, Water systems as per the Safety norms.
• Responsible for on time closure of Safety observations and ensuring the areas are maintained safely.
• Elimination of unsafe activities in Utility and Water areas.
• Adherence to the safety practices and ensuring safe work place for operation and maintenance of the Utility services.
• Responsible for providing continuous Safety training to the Contract teams in utility areas.
• Compliance to statutory requirements in specified blocks.
• Responsible for ensuring the availability of Utility and Water systems for Anytime Audit readiness.
• Preparation, reviewing, implementation of all the Quality related documents, SOP, cGMP and various statutory requirements related to Utility department.
• Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Utilities, Water systems.
• Ensuring PM schedule adherence and analyzing the effectiveness of the same.
• Preparing CAPA actions for breakdowns and horizontal implementation of the same across the plant to be done.
• Responsible for implementation of Energy conservation and Cost saving initiatives.
• Periodical monitoring of the Efficiencies of the Utility and Water systems and ensuring the system is being maintained at the designed conditions.
• To ensure efficient energy consumption for production of Utility services & maintains records of the same.
• Responsible for management of all Utility generation and ensure continuous availability of Utility services to Production Plants as per specifications.
• Plan and organize to carry out the jobs as per the statutory requirement and to maintain relevant records as required by the authorities.
• Maintaining the minimum spares inventory of spares to meet the day-to-day maintenance in Mechanical.
• Ensuring Bill Provisionals updating to Finance.
• Ensure the closing work orders and quality notifications through SAP.
• Responsible for receiving, storage, and archival of the log books

QualificationsEducational qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum work experience: 6-8 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of Water systems & Utility systems.Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

• Prior experience in maintenance and engineering roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Water systems & Utility systems, preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in Qualifications of Water systems and Exposure to SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP and cGMP standards.

Behavioural skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
