We are looking for an individual for the Engineering team to lead Calibration team for our site.Roles & Responsibilities

• As an Engineering Team member has to responsible for calibration of process instruments and over all engineering documentation fall under her direct responsibility
• Ensure all calibration both internal and external are completed as per timeliness and & posted in SAP
• Ensure updation and revision of SOP\'s, OI as per the time lines
• Ensure Good engineering practices
• As a instrumentation engineer she has to perform calibration of instruments as per the requirement
• Ensure contract manpower training and department team trainings coordination and tracking online
• Ensure Biometric access control system operation, activation and deactivation of employee access on time.
• To create RGP\'S & follow up with VSEZ clearances for External out sending instruments
• Creating & Lotus requests for Codes of New Instruments/Spare parts.
• Coordination with external vendors, Ensure calibration team strictly adherence to cGMP and calibration guidelines &Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved SOPs along with relevant cGMP & GDP procedures
• Ensure vendor qualifications are completed on time as per defined SOP
• To prepare & ensure the compliance of Engineering documentation like JD\'S, training matrix, organogram, SOP Index, OI Index updating & revisions.
• As an additional responsible to handle the training related activities & ensure the compliance of trainings & Updation of LMS related issue
• Support any Technical/Documentation activities at site as per instructions from Shift supervisor, team leader, Facility Manager & Engg Head
• Follow the Safety Procedure like PPE usage during work execution at site.
