Job Description

Job Purpose:

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand, improve employee engagement, and support recruitment efforts. The position holder shall be responsible for building a strong employer brand across social media platforms and amongst the employees of CFI. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote and enhance gender diversity at our manufacturing Units in India.

Key Result Areas:

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to gain insight into competitors
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing
Content Collation & Social Media Management
  • Manage social media channels and other online platforms to promote our employer brand and engage with candidates
  • Participate in employer branding events and other activities to increase brand awareness and promote our organization as an employer of choice
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, external events, and professional organizations, to promote the organization\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand
Employer Branding
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives
  • Passion for employer branding and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to align employer branding efforts with recruitment goals and ensure consistency in messaging
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and recommend adjustments to optimize results
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition
Gender Diversity
  • Collaborate with Unit HR to assess current diversity and inclusion practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Support BCOE to partner with leadership to ensure that diversity and inclusion goals are integrated into all aspects of the organization
  • Support to develop and deliver sensitization training programs on topics related to diversity, inclusion and equity
  • Analyze and report on diversity metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in external forums and events to represent the organization efforts towards diversity and inclusion
  • Focus on driving Campus programs to enhance gender diversity in Units
