• To bring about Improvement in machine availability, time bound repair of machine and equipment (along with the relevant records).
• To ensure the asset owners are aware of the maintainability issues of their assets.
• Ensure that all the drawings and technical specifications of the equipment and system in his/ her area is updated.
• Fulfilling of liaisoning compliances (by coordinating with Electrical Inspectorate & TSCPDCL, etc).
• To reuse and recycle equipment etc., wherever possible.
• Investigating calibration failures and failure between preventive maintenance and taking corrective action.
• Ensure that the equipment and related systems (both old and new) are (re)qualified/ (re) validated as per schedule.
• Ensure that the instruments and related systems (both old and new) are calibrated as per schedule.
• Ensure the maximum availability of utility equipment and time bound repair of equipment along with relevant documentation.
• Reduce construction cost in line with the site objectives.
• Trouble shooting with an objective of finding permanent solution.
• To ensure the facility is as per site objectives at all times.
• Timely absorption of new initiatives (like projects, modifications etc).
• To maintain records / documents as per SOPs.
• Effective implementation of safety check lists related to Electrical.
• Ensure the good upkeep of the department (infrastructure, m/c, equipment and housekeeping).
• To co-ordinate the Parivartan work streams in ESD zone and following MSI systems at work place.
• To co-ordinate closure of AUC in ESD
• To perform self-inspections or internal audits as per schedule
• To initiate the Energy Conservation technique to control the Power consumption
• Implementation of electrical & workman safety of his area
• To maintain records / documents as per SOPs
• To introduce initiatives to reduce cost.
• To ensure cGMP implementation in his area as per QMS.
• To introduce initiatives to reduce cost, save energy of the electrical equipment

Qualifications
B Tech - Electrical with 3 to 5 years of experience
Additional Information
Good knowledge in Electrical systems and electrical Safety.
