FunctionProcurementPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Team member - CPO Office, you will be part of the Procurement Excellence department in Procurement function and will report to the SH- CPO Office.
The purpose of your role will be :
\xe2\x97\x8f To simplify the functional activities/process to improve the overall efficiency.
\xe2\x97\x8f To execute formulation and implementation of Standard operating procedures (SOPs) implementation & ensure compliance
\xe2\x97\x8f To oversee and manage audits for Procurement function and ensure implementation of management actions
\xe2\x97\x8f To identify potential risks and areas for improvement while driving risk mitigation programs
\xe2\x97\x8f To drive & execute process efficiency enhancement project (IT Automation Projects), to increase the overall employee productivity, transparency, accuracy, controls & retrievability along with ensuring change managementA purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare SOPs to define/ update as per the latest business process with the need to achieve the overall functional goals and ensure implementation
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and track the control points of various departments in Procurement, along with establishing automated MIS
\xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate the surveillance audit for compliance of IMS (Quality, OHSAS EMS) & IMS Certification Preparation
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with internal departments and auditors to facilitate audits and address any issues/ concerns
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with internal teams for submission of valid evidences, facilitate discussions and validate final audit observations
\xe2\x97\x8f Track closure of management actions as per timelines and report status to leadership team on regular basis
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify potential risks and areas for improvement and oversee the risk mitigation programs
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare the risk committee updates
\xe2\x97\x8f Execute the process transformation projects right from formulating the business requirements till go-live
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure system/ data hygiene & stabilization of existing systemsA Day in the life\xe2\x97\x8f Conceptualizing/Brainstorming and building the new/future process (including controls) - IT based solutions (Team activity)
\xe2\x97\x8f Timely closure of the audit findings (if any) while coordinating with the large team
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing/Facilitating external audit & auditors (IMS, Statutory, Regulatory etc.)
\xe2\x97\x8f Focussed cross department (Procurement) team working for a single organizational requirement
\xe2\x97\x8f Identifying the challenge where to play the role of a leader, organiser, motivator, or problem solver
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding the business requirements and ensuring alignment between the business and IT teamsAcademic Qualification & Experience\xe2\x97\x8f B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / IT / Computer Science /Automobile etc.)\xe2\x97\x8f 8-10 yrs in any supply chain based manufacturing organisation (Preferred in Automotive Industry/ IT Industry/ Automation)Technical Skills/Knowledge\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Knowledge of procurement processes and auditing standards, principles and procedures
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Knowledge of SAP MM ERP
\xe2\x97\x8f Past experience in implementing end-to-end automation projects across Procurement function (sourcing, supply chain, P2P etc)
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands on experience in using google sheets, drive, google slides
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to source and analyse data to drive business strategies
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
