Manages the methodologies, standards, overall risks/opportunities, metrics, and interdependencies among projects at the enterprise level
Develops and Maintains Reporting standards across Projects;
Creates reports to track the progress of all the projects across the various work streams of project like planning, transformation, Knowledge transfer, training and go-live.
Primary Skills
Monitors and Reviews Budget Report.
Maintains and Manages Project Schedule and Milestone tracking.
Secondary Skills
Develops communication Plan for the Project;
Manages communication across the project team, i.e. change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates; Governance reporting, status reporting etc.
