:

  • The Ticketing Manager position is a role within the Customer Service Department.
  • The ticketing team has various support functions such as handling tasks that help the customer service requests to be updated correctly. Making sure flows are completed in a timely manner and secure ticketing processes are maintained and followed.
  • The main responsibilities will be managing the ticketing area in our two locations Mumbai and Pune.
  • This contains support to team leaders as well as to the team, adhering to requests, having close communication with other departments and locations, and leading the team in the right direction.
  • Analyzing data to identify automation opportunities and reporting configuration improvements to further increase the degree of automation and minimize costs. Another important task is to actively work to identify and minimize financial leakage.
  • This role reports to the Ticketing Sr Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow best practices and bring forth ideas on how to simplify or improve the different processes within the Ticketing department.
  • Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automation.
  • Provide reporting on a regular and Adhoc basis
  • Support and improve the ticketing work tasks
  • Support to Team leaders and team members and have follow-ups
  • Reduce cost-related errors to ticketing department
  • Maintain high-quality work within the team
  • Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues
  • Handle salary/incentives requirements
  • Vacation and schedule approvals
  • Take part in new hire/recruitments when needed
  • Have a close dialog with other departments
  • Report to the Sr Manager the progress of the team, as productivity, training plans, dept progress, etc.
Requirements
  • Driven by engaging employees to excel in their daily work and career
  • At least one year of earlier role with team responsibility/management.
  • Good knowledge of GDS tools & Systems
  • Experience in google sheet/excel tools
  • Experience in working with KPIs and deadlines
  • Experience in analyzing data and producing reports
  • Troubleshooting skills & analytical problem-solving skills
  • Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Good attention to detail and well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
  • Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
  • Experience in handling reservations in Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo
  • Previous experience in data reporting is considered a benefit
  • Windows, MS Office, Google Applications (expert)
