Join our xe2x80x9cBusiness Support Teamxe2x80x9d at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC xe2x80x93 Global Service Centre!Job Title: Team Manager xe2x80x93 Business Support, Talent AcquisitionJob Location: MumbaiAs a Team Manager - Talent Acquisition with Business Support Service Line at DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center (GSC), you will be responsible for leading and improving Talent Acquisition team & processes, translating the global & local strategies & priorities to the team. ensure robust capacity, shift planning & work allocations, seamless transitions, and strong stakeholder management both internal and external. You will also the opportunity to work with cross cultural team, with recruiting responsibilities in international markets.This position will require extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, reporting tools, logistics and team managing experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes
  • Align the recruiterxe2x80x99s team with the global & local strategies & priorities
  • Build and lead High-Performing team - Recruit, develop, and manage a team of talented recruiters to ensure efficient and effective execution of recruitment processes.
  • Source and attract top talent - Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee effective workforce planning, identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs
  • Manage candidate experience - Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition leaders from across the globe, to understand the entity/business requirements, market insights and assist the TA partners.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand local/country specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
  • Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics
  • Ensure all reporting processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Measure and analyze recruitment metrics - Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set team goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports to Business Partner and Internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reports, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate relevant techniques and technologies.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
  • Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Graduate (Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
  • Postgraduates preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiter experience is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in reporting tools and ATS (Application Tracking Systems)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Strong analytical Skills
  • Knowledge on visualization Tools
  • Proficiency with handling global reporting with DHL's customers
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition industry-specific reporting requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to consistently manage internal and external senior stakeholders
