FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Team Manager - Production Engineering (GPC) you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Production Engineering.
The purpose of your role will be to Plan, evaluate & execute the Process, Infrastructure & Manpower deployment, other
resources for GB/Export and GPC as Team Manager in production Engineering.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Manage GB/Export Area for timely launch of export models & to meet the GB requirements
2. Planning & Execution of Improvement Projects in order to improve the Productivity, Quality,
Safety, Delivery & Morale
(GB + GPC)
3. Business partnering and strategy interventions in critical operational facets. invetonry management and sales.
4. keeping cultural fabric intact with respect to TPM, Safety and related staretegies to sustainability under ESG. 5. Partnering external and internal viability through unique interventions in Community drive under the CSR umbrella.
5. Driving DEI and a positive environment propagating discipline and driving a sense of belongingness in the entire workforce. 6 Partnering with HR to drive Engagement and Capability for enriching the business climate and driving uninterrupted business for GPC.A Day in the lifeAs a Team Manager - Production Engineering (GPC) Formulate, evaluate, execute & co-ordinate the Improvement Projects & Lean
Manufacturing Initiative in this respective area to ensure the highest profitability of plant.Academic Qualification & ExperienceB-Tech/BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 4-5 Years of Relevant ExperienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge1. Knowledge of Export / GB / GPC packing , its processes , invoicing & SAP processes
2. ERP: SAP MM, FEA Study, Auto Desk Inventor (3D & 2 D) , Pro- e and WMS
3. Knowledge of GPC (part center, its machines)
4. Knowledge of Financial Aspect
5. Factory Automation Skill, Innovation management,
People Management skills, Cradle to Cradle Project Approach from Mull Stage to SOP.Behavioural Skills1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
