Please feel free to peruse our website .The position / About the Job:In this job the Team Manager - Manufacturing would be responsible for:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that required PPE is available for safe working of team members and contract personnel on shop. Ensure the PPE is being used while performing activities by the shop floor team member.
• Ensure workstations are loaded in time and Manufacturing Order (MO) DOT of the job is maintained as per requirement. Proper utilization of resources.
• Review of drawings and advise team members on the pipe layout etc.
• Feedback to E&S India on changes in layout of module, during manufacturing through deviation platforms.
• Giving feedback to Planner on shortages during module manufacturing and ensuring receipt of same on shop for production to avoid production loss time.
• Making the unit ready for testing and customer inspection as per required dates.
• Provide support to QC personnel during customer inspection.
• Ensure quality of the manufactured product is maintained as per AL standards.
• Provide support to Team Manager Purchase for Slow Moving / Non Moving items use in other units/ modules.
• Giving feedback to UM/FM on activities for cost reduction by process improvement and/or item reduction/ changes.
• Ensure that Board audits and 5S audits are done as per requirement.
• Ensure training of Team Members as per AL Guidelines.
• Planning of leaves of Team members as per production requirements.
• Ensure that day to day machine maintenance is carried out by Team Members as per requirement.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance schedules for all machinery is maintained and followed.

Who you are?Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in module fabrication.Knowledge and skills:

• Should be able to read and understand manufacturing drawing/PID etc.
• Knowledge of all welding processes (WPS/PQR).
• Well conversant with MS Excel for shop floor planning.
• Well conversant with MOVEX (ERP) working.
• Knowledge in the working of centrifuges and pumps.
• Management of information flow.

• Fulfil requirements of EMS/OSHAS for this unit.
• Ensure support/requirements for Safety/EMS audits at AMM.
• Ensure support/requirements for QMS audits as per ISO standards.
