Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to join our insurance business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, fostering a positive environment, and driving sales and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
• Set clear team goals and motivate team members to achieve them.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business operations.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Manager or similar leadership role in the insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?210,000.00 per year
