FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a GB team Manager work involves to ensure Process and Dispatch of Orders planned for the Period (Day, Month and Year). Timely packing of Raw Material (Min. Ageing), VOR & critical orders with highest productivity and maintaining material flow on shop floor through optimal utilization of resources. Maintaining Equipment to improve OEE by loss elimination and ensure 100% JH activities adherence.

Monitoring of Backorders Parts
Achieve Operational Excellence by adhering the best practices of TPM and idea generation for Innovation at shop floor.

• Ability to handle the Manpower
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
• Knowledge of TPM, SAP & MS Office
• Knowledge of Products (2 wheeler Parts) and Processes
