As Team Manager in Ramboll, we invite you to bring your excellence and enthusiasm for structure and processes to help build and enhance our four teams working with Brand, Design, and Marketing at our Chennai office. You are a skilled people manager with a strong sense of structure and the ability to keep track of many moving parts. The main goal is to support our GDC (Global Design Center) with around 15 design specialists whilst also supporting daily operations across the four teams (incl. the GDC) responsible for different areas of expertise within Design and Marketing, 30 multidisciplinary employees in all.You will be running, tracking, and status reporting to HQ from the back-office engine and driving efficiency to support the teams. You will collaborate closely with our management teams in Denmark to deliver high-quality solutions to the company.You play a central role in fostering a collaborative, creative, and positive environment where teams can share ideas and work effectively together. You will break down silos and bring specialists together across teams to solve tasks optimally. Your role includes ensuring updates on team dynamics, performance insights, and operational needs to management.Central Role in Our Global Brand, Design and Marketing TeamAs Team Manager, you play a strategic role in supporting the teams by making sure they are leveraged in the right way by our colleagues and internal clients.Your role is to create a working environment where the Brand, Design, and Marketing teams can focus on driving value for the business, working on company-wide strategic positioning and marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our global teams to optimize the team deliveries.You will be responsible to run the personal development conversations for the 15 design specialists in the GDC.Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate four multidisciplinary team with approx. 30 team members, fostering collaboration and breaking down silos. With special focus on our Global Design Centre, a team of 15 design specialists. Report on performance, team dynamics and operational needs to global leadership.
• Drive performance reviews, keep an overview on how projects across the team progress and how we spend time on the right tasks.
• Working with our reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, report to leadership on overall team functioning, collaboration across teams and the volume and timeliness of the work that has been delivered.
• Support team leads and project managers in processes for delivery optimization, with a focus on balancing both short- and long-term projects, and quality and timely deliveries.
• Support leadership with maintaining the budgets, resource allocation, and technology implementation (tools training, systems optimization).
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees joining the Chennai office ensuring they have a good start in their Ramboll career.
• Taking an active part in keeping iNPS scores high to support the individuals in the team to feel growth and happy to come to work.

QualificationsFor this role, we believe a good starting point is:

• Education: Master's degree in business, project management, with a possible specialty within brand and/or marketing and/or communication.
• Experience: 5-10 years of work experience as a manager, including 5+ years from international delivery centers and preferably experience with offshoring.
• Skills: Excellent English writing and communication skills, strong experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), and good experience with systems like ServiceNow, PM-systems (e.g., MS Projects).
