2-3 years of relevant experience as a Team Manager Good communication skills Knowledge of MS excel Orientation towards working with people Good leadership skills knowledge of collection process ,specially domestic collections Desired Candidate Profile On the job Product training of new Joiners Handling Team Leaders Maintain mis for allocated pool Tracking callers properly Inspire /motivate callers to achieve targets sending pickup files to FPRs coordinate with bank fprs Identifying critical cases and act accordingly Prepare strategies for achieving team targets Job Type: Full-time Salary: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
