• Candidates with strong background in Finance (B. Com / M. Com / C.A. (PEII) / MBA (Finance))

• 7-10 years, experience in Commercial real estate, preferably US markets

• Knowledge of commonly used industry database/tools (Argus, CoStar, REIS, RCA, etc.) is a plus

• Excellent communication skills.

• Work with clients directly in providing services for various types of real estate assets involving.

• Working on valuation models, performing highest and best use analysis, analysing financial statements, conducting market research studies, and preparing appraisal reports.

• Provide valuation services and create appraisal reports for different property types of real estate assets like commercial office, retail, multi-family, industrial, hotels and resorts.
