:Technical Skills-Knowledge of Layout principles-Knowledge of Top-level Manufacturing strategies-Knowledge of Local Government regulations for Plant Layout planning-Knowledge of managing the utilities, logistics, warehouse, health & safety requirements-K nowledge of Manufacturing processes-Knowledge of Various Automotive Standards (JLR / VW / Audi / BMW / Peugeot / TML / Chrysler / Daimler)Tool Skills:-CATIA, AutoCAD, MicroStation etc-MS ProjectsJob Responsibilities - -Plant Layout Planning and Design: -Develop strategic plans for plant layout optimization, considering factors such as production capacity, workflow efficiency, and f uture expansion.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive layout desig ns that meet production goals.-Utilize CAD software and simulation tools to create detailed layout drawings, including equipment p lacement, material flow paths, and ergonomic considerations. -Equipment Integration and Infrastructure Planning:-Work closely wi th equipment suppliers and vendors to select, procure, and integrate machinery, assembly lines, and automation systems into the plant layout.-Coordinate with facilities management teams to plan for utilities, HVAC systems, lighting, and other infrastructure need s to support production operations.-Ensure that equipment layouts comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and indus try best practices.-Risk Assessment and Compliance:-Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).-Implement appropriate safety measures and er gonomic designs to mitigate risks and create a safe working environment for employees.-Layout Optimisation:-Identify opportuniti es for process optimization and layout refinement to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.-Implement Lean ma nufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and Kaizen practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.-Analyse performance me trics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.About Company:#ComeJoinUs in #EngineeringABetterWorld.
