Our company is hiring for a Team Leadr / supervisor . Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent. Responsibilities for lead supervisor

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

• Supervises manufacturing, packaging, or warehousing supervisor employees working on multiple shifts

• Promote and drive safety culture including safety principles, operational discipline

• Make recommendations and implements improvements on gaming products and labor management in relationship to our Asian gaming baccarat business

• Direct and coordinates with scheduling coordinator in the development of daily schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels for casino operations, specifically in our Asian gaming baccarat Room

• Circulate among baccarat gaming tables and slot sections to ensure that operations are conducted properly, that team members follow house rules, and that players are not cheating

• Report any suspected irregular or illegal gaming practices to the Security/Surveillance Department and Casino Operations Manager/VP of Casino Operations to ensure that gaming policies and regulations are observed at all times

• Handle customer disputes, and provide top quality customer service to all guests in our Asian gaming area

• Assist in identification and implementation of standard work practices, policies, procedures, programs, events, to improve and optimize operational effectiveness

• Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department and the Corporation

Qualifications for lead supervisor

• 1-3 years of JIT production experience

• Must possess a valid CT Electrical License

• Knowledge of applicable fire regulations and codes OFC, ULC etc\xe2\x80\xa6required

• Gain a cursory understanding of our key database systems and environments by shadowing one of our elite engineers

• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in non-production environments

• Configure, install, upgrade, and patch DBMSs for our 80+ applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: 15,502.29 - 57,951.23 per month Benefits:
