Responsibility:
. Handling Counselor Team with individual lead generation
- Handling email, telephonic calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads;
- Career Counseling to prospective customers;
- Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required;
- To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonically/ by emails;
- Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline;
- Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects;
- Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required;
- Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students;
- Building relationships with prospects;
- Achieving monthly/quarterly targets;
- Making cold calls when required;
- Finding new sales leads
Must be fluent in English communication with 1 year counseling experience.
