Team Leader

Reports to - Manager Finance





Position Purpose - To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Receiving Area. Coordination with purchase department in storing the things needed by all departments in terms of supply of their stationeries


Responsibilities

To supervise over all function of stores and goods receiving center


• To co- ordinate and co- operate with purchase and ensure the smooth functioning of the stores
• To co-ordinate with the Taluk Excise offer in getting the liquor stock released
• To prepare MIS relating to stores
• To review reorder level every quarter and update the same
• To ensure KANBAN system is followed
• To carry physical verification of all inventory at frequent intervals and reconcile with book stock
• Reduction of inventory levels
• Any other responsibilities assign to you from time to time
