PSO vertical helps drive efficiency at field level by providing holistic support to channel across key activities of MIS, Query management, Training, Cross Sell, Application processing etc, and the Role Team Leader PSO will be driving service at braches & digitally, coordination with branch & digital team with help of various MIS driven by her/his own team. Plus driving KRA and goal sheet of PSO. To facilitate processing of physical application forms and resolve the service requests pertaining to new business logins with in TAT- Managing this piece with his team of PSO To help in driving lead management discipline at field level for campaign leads as and when required with team To drive adoption of Kotak learning application at field level by conducting various training session for PSO & sales teams To support new joinee onboarding, IT asset management and data maintenance for exits / absconding employee. To support regional sales leadership with regular MIS Updates and analysis to help drive business Drive KRA of PSO & help them achieving their goal sheet 3-5 years of experience in MIS or Sales Support Role Graduate/ post graduate Excellent skills on MS Excel & hands on experience of MS Office tools Digital Savvy with ability to Multi task Good communication skills Leadership experience will be preferred
