Should be able to handle a team.
Analyse existing Insurance Policy of the Prospect / Client and give appropriate advice on other alternative plans based on the need.
Should be able to Follow up with Team on Renewals and conversions.
Should exhibit a Go-Getter attitude
Should be able to provide support to the team in case of escalations from internal / external customers.
Maintain Records & Reports of business done by self and the team.
Co-ordinate with Insurance Companies for Policy Servicing (Quotes, Policies etc.) and Claims.
