Interprets and analyzes client data to add, delete, and modify data. Responsible for findingsolutions to individual client problems based on business rules. Ensures accurate and timelycompletion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAsResponsibilities: Introduces best practice processes around work assignments and quality of output. Maximizing overall team performance. Identifies and resolves the more complex issuesaround pending transactions Directs the accurate and timely processing of claims to meet or exceed client servicelevel agreements Review quality audit of accounts Works with the team to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies andprocedures. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge,and communication skills. Coordinating with the IT, Admin and HR team for the employee requirements. Maintaining the team attrition rate and controlling the employee leaves. Coordinate with AEs and SDMs regarding the billing clarifications.Minimum Educational Qualifications: Degree in any related field preferably Paramedical or life science background.Minimum Previous Experience: Requires 4-6 years of recent experience in Revenue Cycle Management -Eligibility and Authorization, Claim Submission & Resubmission. Bothinpatient and outpatient experience are preferred.Other Skills: A brief understanding of the entire Medical Billing Cycle. Good experience in Billing Expert knowledge of medical conditions, treatments, procedures and standardcodes Good client services and leadership capabilities Excellent proficiency in medical terminology, payer billing guidelines andInsurance pre-authorization process of DHA Expert in the use of PCs and MS Office suite Excellent in communication skills Expertise in complete RCM processes Good analytical and problem skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: 8,086.00 - 39,812.06 per monthBenefits:
