Plant Support 1.1 Ensure to meet PM, RM & BM & CBM Compliances of Plant with execution 1.2 Execute major & minor jobs for imprvement 1.3 Arrange resources to support plant shutdown activities 1.4 Plan,Execute & maintain lubrications schedule 1.5 Prepare RCA against major failure & implement action plan for same 1.6 Ensure availibity of critical spares 1.7 Plan & manage availibity PCC,MCC & VFD Panels for budeted production To ensure smooth functioning of Plant Processes Cost 2.1 Execute strategies for achieving reduction in SSRM budget 2.2 Execute One Time Capexes as per budget 2.3 Provide execution support in Plant Cost Saving initiatives 2.4 Identify repetitive failures & implement action plan to prevent same In order to maintain cost as per budget and do possible cost savings Safety & Housekeeping 3.1 Ensure zero safety incident while executing all electrical activities 3.2 Execute implementation of LOTO system in Plant 3.3 Execute Safety Capexes related to plant 3.4 Provide training to contract workmen on Safe Work Practices To ensure Safest work environment in Plant Special Projects 5.1 Execute special one time projects assigned by Management 5.2 Identify KAZIEN per plant & implement the same 5.3 Identify NVA (non valued activities) & prepare the scheme to reduce 5.4 Maintain 5S level in plant 5.5 Ensure system compliances (e.g. Notifications , RGP , ordres, UD) 5.6 Train technicians for SOP & standard pratices to followed To ensure smooth execution without Safety incidents and within cost budget We are one team, for maximum impact.
