Also lead the team to implement the best practices for the application development at Global Engineering Centre of Atlas Copco, to become and remain preferred partner for Digitalization journey of our stake holders.You shall achieve this, by driving Innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, developing talent, and achieving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Focus

  • Enhance customer satisfaction levels by driving a customer-focused culture.
  • Prompt and proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • Building and implementing effective governance mechanism to ensure tracking, progress and update on projects, proposals, and business engagement.
  • Create & maintain various Dashboards, KPI to Control, Monitor & Improve the Quality, Delivery, and the cost parameters.
  • Ensure dedicated resources / team availability for the customers.
  • Develop and coach team members on technical aspects and competence of the team for effective communication with customers as first point of contact from GECIA for Apps and Software related services and support.
People Focus

  • You should be able to act as a Scrum Master to drive the team with project execution.
  • You should have excellent understanding of the Agile Way of Working and its ceremonies. Good to have Scrum certification.

  • Create, Develop & Maintain a Resource Planning Mechanism to deliver optimum resource utilization.
  • Bring Transparency in resource Planning to indicate the Resource Occupancy on different Projects and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Identify and plan resource and infrastructure needs required to successfully execute project deliveries.
  • Develop and refine solution offerings, requirements definition and estimation process for effective delivery engagement achieving sales & revenue targets.
  • Identify and implement the process improvements related to project management, client interactions, etc. to achieve the business goals.
  • Effectively lead the team to ensure high project billability, profitability, and revenue realization with a focus on quality delivery
To succeed, you will needWhat we expect from you?
  • You have a Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university
  • Overall, you have 8+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power platform development and you have minimum 2-3 years of experience in people/team management.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive technical excellence, pushing innovation and quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams and following agile process.
  • Analytical thinking and Problem-solving aptitude.
Technical skills
  • Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and applications.
  • Customize SharePoint Online features and functionalities using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Develop and configure Azure services to support back-end processes and data storage requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SharePoint Online and Azure services, adhering to best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
  • Utilize .NET C# for backend development tasks, including building RESTful APIs, handling data processing tasks, and integrating with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, and PnP PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and security.
  • Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and pipeline.
  • Develop, test, and implement robust solutions within the Power Platform.
  • Power Apps Development: Proficiency in building custom applications using Power Apps, understanding canvas apps, model-driven apps, and incorporating connectors for various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL server, Blob storage etc.
  • Power Automate (Flow) Mastery: Strong skills in creating automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating applications, and automating business processes.
