• Driving 100% audit & completion of said sample size audits
• Ensuring Root Cause analysis are done timely and action plans are implemented
• Timely reporting
• Lead action plans based on the gaps identified
• Driving QA efficiency /performance management
• Support/lead change management; process, control & technology
• Driving checklist/reporting standardization
• QA training need identification
• Adherence to QA framework & SOX compliance
• Provides formal and informal performance feedback to team members
• Ensure timely performance discussions are closed for QA resources
• Maintain the updated & consolidated defect log for all the processes
• Responsible for creating tailormade QA framework in partnership with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders
• Partners with various stakeholders to deploy QA framework in new business areas
• Fosters learning and development within the team
• Assists in recruiting new staff, conducting interviews and evaluate potential candidates

Primary Skills

• Expert in US Insurance domain
• AINS or equivalent certification will be preferred
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Green Belt preferred
• Intermediate Excel, Documentation and Presentation skills
• Ability to give constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and influencing skills (written & verbal)
• Team and crisis management
• Ability to work well with others, build credibility quickly, and to improve team performance
• Ability to identify root causes, and develop pragmatic recommendations; able to develop a solution and solve problems creatively
