We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Sales to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team focused on the KDMC market, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the KDMC market and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to enhance team productivity and skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in team handing, preferably in the KDMC real estate market.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong knowledge of the KDMC market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Result-oriented mindset with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driving license and two-wheeler for travel within the KDMC market.
