Team Leader - Real Estate

Job description-

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Created Sales plan & implementation.
• Develop business strategies and develop cost effective facility solutions and standards/policies that support these strategies
• Participate in real estate planning, design, development and execution.
• Initiated the sale of property utilizing various marketing and advertising methods.
• To meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations, determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Referral generation from existing clients.
• Ensure success of various Trade partner meets, new product launches, Analyzing market trends and developing appropriate sales & marketing strategies.
• Visited different corporate for sales presentation in-house & outdoor cities.

Desired Candidate Profile -

• Creating & Implementing Sales Plan
• Team leading-10/15 people.
• Prioritize job duties effectively and efficiently.
• Experts in Sales with good Negotiation skills.
• Experts in Bank Sanctions.
• Foster and follow a customer-centric approach and believe in integrity & transparency while dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Focusing primarily on enhancing profit & sales growth through effective Sales & Marketing.
• Managing projects to handover.
• Understanding regional marketing requirements and developments with the help of Monthly marketing reports & Monthly Market Tracker.
• Creating new leads and converting them to customer
• Maintaining good customer relations

• Good command of Marathi, Hindi and English Language
