Basil Realty, a dynamic and growing real estate firm based in Turbhe, Mumbai, is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader/Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the Mumbai real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and set performance goals.
2. Sales Management:
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Recruitment and Training:
• Participate in the recruitment process to build a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and team activities.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Mumbai Real Estate.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheelers are mandatory for travel within the city.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
Education:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
