Key responsibilities Achieving the personal sales targets (applies only to Asst Managers) Recruiting sales executives and training them on the product and selling skills Conducting daily, weekly and monthly review meetings with team members to measure progress and take corrective measures. Attending field meetings on a daily basis to monitor and streamline work inputs of team members Provide field support to team members in terms of running outdoor promotions and giving demos Conducting in-house training programs on selling skills and mock demo sessions for team members Achieving the minimum team input and team sales targets as stipulated by the company Liaising and coordinating with other departments for the smooth execution of orders taken Ensuring proper and timely execution of orders (including payment collection) taken by team members Addressing and solving customer-related issues at all stages (pre and post sales) Submitting reports on field activities MIS on a periodical basis to Senior Management Desired Profile Education : Graduates | Diploma-ITI Holders An MBA will be an added advantage. Experience : 5-10 years in Field Sales. Out of which a minimum of 2-5 years in management position. Experience in direct selling of consumer products preferred. Must possess a valid two wheeler driving license with a good driving record. Others : Strong communication and analytical skills, Team Building and Leadership Credentials Ability to formulate strategic and tactical plans to improve sales and market penetration. Willingness to work long hours and travel extensively (local and outstation) in a result- oriented environment Read, understand and follow QMS documentation procedures High level of personal integrity and ethical standards Must pass pre-employment tests (including background checks) Flexible to travel locally and out-station as per the need
