We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving team handling and revenue growth .
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to develop and execute effective sales strategies . Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers .Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance.
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and projections.
Qualifications
• Proven experience (Min 3 years) as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools.
