Job Overview :
We are seeking a creative and experienced Team Leader for our Fine Arts department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of various art forms, and the ability to guide and mentor a team of artists and designers. The role involves overseeing art projects, ensuring high-quality production, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

• Lead and supervise a team of artists, guiding them through projects from concept to completion.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance to ensure high-quality results.
• Develop and execute creative strategies in line with project goals and client requirements.
• Provide feedback, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and tools to inspire innovation.
• Review and approve art assets, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in art tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, traditional media, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
