I hope you are doing great. We are looking for Team Leader - Sales for Delhi Location.

Job Profile: - Team Leader - Sales

: -

• Manage a team of 5-6 members.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all insurance claims.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to insurance operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Location: - Delhi (Laxmi Nagar).

Salary: - Upto 5.5 LPA

Job Requirements :-

• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and insurance operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with UK insurance market preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
