Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader, overseeing Sales, Operations, and Administration functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, operational efficiency, and administrative management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively lead a diverse team, drive sales targets, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
• Streamline processes and workflows to optimize operational performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and communication.
• Identify and implement operational best practices to improve overall business processes.

Administration Oversight:

• Manage administrative functions, including but not limited to HR, finance, and general office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the procurement of supplies and services necessary for smooth business operations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective leadership and communication.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and development programs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, operations management, and administrative oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
