The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python, software development best practices and proven experience leading teams in an agile environment. • Responsible for the whole team sprint and quarterly team delivery and is the best partner of the Product Manager and dedicated SRE.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Python developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of Python-based projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting in Python, including code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.Architecture & Design: Work closely with architects to design and implement scalable and robust software solutions.Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement and innovation within the team.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI).Good knowledge in Web development technologiesStrong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).Familiarity with databases (MYSQL, SQL) and ORM technologies.Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, UnitTest).Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Leadership Skills: Experience leading and managing a team of developers, with a focus on collaboration, coaching, and conflict resolution.Project Management: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, task tracking, and prioritization using tools like JIRA or Trello.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTFinalsite offers 100% fully remote employment opportunities, however, these opportunities are limited to permanent residents of India.
