Setting proper targets and daily activities for the team.

Monitor and analyse teams performance.
Arrange regular team meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Real Estate sales experience in a channel partner company.
Good track record of sales.
Decision-making skills.
Should have leadership skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Should have own mean of transport to visit sites.
