Role/Job Title : Team Leader - Product Deployment
Location: Hybrid

About the role:
Explore, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative solutions that address customer needs.Co-create with key partners to build partnerships & collaborations.Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development, and production stages of a project to support successful deployment.

This role will work directly with the DP&S team and reports to the Group Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams & all functions to maximize value.
• Serve as interface with the global and local teams on Project Planning and deployment management through proven best practices and collaboration
• Take initiative to drive standardization of reports across brands, data, and platforms
• Collaborate with peers globally in scaling test teams, processes and standards
• Deliver services through structured program management approach while enabling field excellence solutions in leading end-to-end delivery for defined scope of work
• Managing a team of direct reports - appraisals, performance management, capability building
• Closely collaborate with IT teams to test new technologies and drive best practices
• Should have agile mindset to continuously improve and augment the solutions via different tools and technologies

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) Pharmacy / Life Sciences/ Engineering
• Experience (8+ years) in data analytics in a market research firm or pharmaceutical company or Pharma KPO
• Experience in managing teams of

5 direct/ indirect reports

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with Agile ways of working. Six Sigma Greenbelt is good to have
• Experience in understanding and designing wide variety of complex data models
• Proficiency in SQL, Dataiku, Qlik, PowerBI, Alteryx, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in US pharma datasets like APLD, IQVIA Xponent, DDD, SMART et
