We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader - Operations to join our BPO team, specializing in insurance sales (health or life insurance). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, driving performance, and achieving targets in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of agents, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Target Achievement: Ensure that sales targets and other KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including workforce management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve any operational issues promptly to ensure smooth functioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience in a BPO environment, with at least 2 years as a Team Leader in Operations, specifically in insurance sales.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of health or life insurance sales processes.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle and resolve conflicts and operational issues.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
