Job Title: Team LeaderJob Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)Level of Experience required: 5 years of total exp with 3+ years of Team Handling experience.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to meet operational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports & forecasts, depicting various parameters such as team performance, operational efficiency, etc.
  • Participate & represent data/reports/PPT in management meetings.
RequirementsQualifications & Skills Required:1.A minimum of 3 years of relevant (team handling) experience (at same role) in operations.2.Any graduate.3.Open to work in 24*7*365 environment.4.Leadership and team management skills.5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.7.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.8.Proficient with MS office & G-suite tools.NOTE (General Conditions applicable to all applicants):1.Applications can be submitted via2.Successful submission of the form does not necessarily mean that candidate will get an interview call.
