Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telemarketing executives to achieve sales targets. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and strategize improvements. - Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. 2. Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to promote Ayurveda products. - Identify new sales opportunities and target markets for Ayurveda products. - Set and monitor individual and team sales goals. 3. Training and Development: - Provide ongoing training and development for telemarketing executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. - Stay updated with the latest trends in telemarketing and Ayurveda to ensure the team remains competitive. 4. Customer Relationship Management: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively. - Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback. - Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Skills and Experience: 1) Strong leadership and team management skills. 2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. 4) Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. 5) Proficient in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools. 6) Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and principles is preferred. 7) Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 8) Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Experience in the health and wellness industry, particularly in Ayurveda, is a plus.
