NDTNDT Department is part of Engineering and Business Service Center (EBSC), Chennai. This department is responsible for ensuring NDT Evaluation and Quality of Towers and Blades which is produced in various factoriesResponsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management
• Resource Management and planning for Factories NPI Planning
• Forecast, planning and optimize resource requirements according to Production sudden Ramp up/down
• Strategic planning and business excellence
• Periodic CPD and 121 with team members
• Share feedback for dotted line reporting employees to respective Line managers
• Understand Business Requirements of Stakeholder
• Work on individuals Development of reports according to their aspiration and business Needs
• Coach Team members
• SAP PPM management for resource
• My P&C SMART objective settings & Recording CPDs
• Performance appraisal and MI of employees
• Create/ update OPA & RAIDE
• Continuous improvements in regular operations
• Initiate recruitment/ Position management and necessary approvals

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s in engineering in any of the following disciplines - Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial
• Experience:

7 years of working in Heavy Engineering industries, Oil & Gas, Wind, Automobile, Aeronautical Industries and CADD Services / Consultancy NDT UT Level 2 certified - ASNT / PCN / EquivalentCompetencies:
