Greetings from Brocus IT Solutions Pvt Ltd Position: Team Leader ( International BPO experience must) Shifts : UK /US Location : Navi Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.
- Candidate should be well versed with Attrition and Shrinkage
- Team Player with Data Management knowledge
- Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.
- Looking for a candidate from an international BPO background only. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inbound Voice process experience will be value Add.
- Must be well Versed with terms attrition, shrinkage, Occupancy, People Management.
- Must be well versed in AHT, Lead Management, Sales Management and Data Management.
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be analytical and detail oriented.
- Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.
