Location: Narsingpur, Kherki Daula Post, Delhi Jaipur Road, Gurgaon - 122004 (Haryana), India EDUCATION PREFERRED: Bachelors / Master\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile engineering EXPERIENCE PREFERRED : HVAC Light commercial/VRF & Residential, Automotive etc. Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set : Team management Good communication skills Drive multiple & complex projects with stakeholders across regions & at various levels, following gate process Product Design & Development, Localization Strong technical knowledge -electromechanical Experience in system and component selection / design Well versed with qualification & reliability test planning & execution Knowledge of QFD, Design & Safety FMEA, RRCA tools Experience in leading large VAVE projects Business judgement & analysis, along with conflicting management Experience in Product life cycle management Sheet metal & Plastic components tooling awareness Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set: Experience with HVAC & R industries, Exposure to Middle East HVAC market Understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in HVAC kind of products Experience in Quality & Reliability engineering advance tools Exposure to mechanical analysis and component selection tools Added advantage if having exposure on roof top & inverter systems design/ qualification OTHER COMPETENCIES: Understanding of the entire new product development process. Strong English communication skills - oral and written. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. Passionate about building high-quality systems with implementation of best practices.
