  • Oversee the Content Management System (CMS), particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Manage content updates and publishing for Invesco APAC websites, collaborating with various teams.
  • Provide front-end troubleshooting support to the Digital team for AEM-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and accessibility guidelines.
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure digital marketing regulations are followed.
  • Manage content, including downloading and uploading files and assets from various systems.
  • Ensure proper formatting of content within the AEM environment, adhering to style guides and rules.
  • Conduct quality assurance for site pages and work, including content, links, browser functionality, and form success.
  • Provide guidance and education to the team and partners on execution protocols and standard workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Asia Pacific and Australia Marketing teams to deliver marketing tasks.
  • Edit, review, and update marketing materials to customize them for local business requirements.
  • Work with global teams to understand marketing/communication requirements and develop/customize materials.
  • Analyze marketing/communication merchandise for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
  • Apply appropriate levels of editorial skills to marketing/communication materials.
  • Prepare, coordinate, copyedit, and proofread Whitepapers, Newsletters, PPTs, and related materials for compliance approval.
  • Maintain information architecture, repositories, and libraries for data storage and future references.
  • Guide and mentor team members to help them scale up faster.
  • Effectively manage and lead the Marketing Operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for team members, monitor progress, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Encourage continuous learning and development within the team, identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure effective allocation of tasks and resources, balancing workloads to meet project deadlines and organizational objectives.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing communication, with an added advantage if within the asset management industry
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, which may involve leading a team, managing projects, or overseeing specific aspects of marketing communication.
  • 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Superior command of the English language, including rules and usage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with working on PDF documents and proficiency with PDF editing tools.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
  • Will guide the team members to help them scale up faster.
  • Works on problems of complex scope, utilizing general usage of standard concepts and principles and applying own judgment.
