Introduction to the Division / Function ( Chakan unit in the CAD division has the expertise to address the highly customized solution to meet customer\'s needs, this unit has outstanding skills and know-how in driving projects right from Engineering the solution to Installation and Commissioning at the customer\'s premise. The operation team consists of the Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality team who collaborate to deliver annual revenue of $14MUSD and serve customers in Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Power, Fertilizer, and Academia. Role Description: This position will lead all the system integration activity or Production for AAQMS, CEMS & Process monitoring projects. The production manager is key to controlling the inventory on the shop floor, people management, safety norms & ISO documentation. Task & Responsibilities Lead integration process of the AQMS/ CEMS / PM / SOLA / Shelter projects. Material handling for the production process, from issuance of Material from stores to return of FG to logistics for dispatch. Reporting of daily/weekly/monthly progress on ongoing project status. Material and People planning to meet revenue linearity. Coordinate with shop floor supervisors and Sourcing team for material requirements. SAP - Material management, MRP & production planning. Establish and configure communication systems like, Telephone, GPRS, GSM, RF. Basics of Ethernet, and serial (RS232/RS485) communication. Analyze & solve electromechanical, electronics system & control panels. PLC/SCADA programming. Read and Interpret wiring diagram, schematics, communication diagram. Perform calibration of all types of analyzers as per defined SOP. Perform the testing of the integrated system before handing over to QC. Maintain and ensure visual management practices of shop floor. Usage of MS office for preparation/ documentation / reporting. ISO 9001 - Update all jobs cards, skill matrix, SOPs, work instructions, calibration status as per quality requirement. Handle all EHS aspects while working in the shopfloor. Reporting of EHS matrices i.e near miss, incident report, work permit etc. Carry out Lean Production practices i.e., Gemba walk, 5S, Kaizen or any other lean initiates. Qualification Graduate Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics Communication A minimum of 8-10 years in Production or instrumentations. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Knowledge of Analyzers used for AAQMS, CEMS and Process Monitoring or similar kind of products or industry. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and net-working & Team. Well versatile with use of testing tools or equipment like Multimeter, Resistance meter, transformers, UPS & ESD etc. Strong in people management, and production planning.
