We are looking for candidates who have experience in sales and marketing (Lubricant/Engine Oil/Spare parts/Auto Ancillaries/FMCG) to join our team at Smollan India Private Limited. :
Drive and assist customer leads Generation, customer(accounts) product trials and customers acquisition in allocated territory, along with new account development(Hunting)
Work with sales team towards increasing Share Of Wallet with existing customer
Ensure manning as per business requirement
Demonstrate, teach and train the new Direct Sales Representatives (DSR)s how to prospect
Training the field on the use of SMART APP. Escalating APP related issues
Build strong relationship with customers; retain and maintain the current customer base (arrest churn).
You will be responsible for supervising and managing team members.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Work with DBM towards increasing Share Of Wallet with current customer.
Responsible for maintaining relationships within customer hierarchy and for reviewing the customer contract performance periodically.
Data reporting and hygiene
Drive relationship/ Maintenance and Retain Existing Accounts.
Prepare call cycle of reportees and ensuring daily attendance.
