: Team Leader (Loan Servicing) at a Leading Multinational Corporation in Chennai Experience:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience (including a minimum of 1 year in a Team Leader role)

Qualifications:

• Over 4-5 years of experience in supervising teams in US Mortgage Servicing operations

• Proficient in managing US Mortgage Servicing operations with teams of 25-30 associates in an outsourced environment

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to foster strong relationships with teams and all organizational customers

• Thorough knowledge of US mortgage servicing domain

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for performance

• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with all levels of organizational customers and team members

Responsibilities Key Duties:

• Supervising complex US Mortgage Servicing operations on a daily basis

• Independently resolving outstanding issues and communicating/escalating problems to clients and Senior Management

• Participating in industry initiatives and working groups as necessary

• Driving productivity and efficiency within the team

• Analyzing reports and validating the accuracy of the data, with the ability to identify significant variances

• Taking complete ownership of the team
