- Manage a team of 5 Sales executives per team
- Meet sales targets
- Understand competition
- Motivate the team for productivity and retention
- Attend to customer complaints
- Ensure sufficient manpower in the team
- Ensure marketing activities & Displays in the market
- Promote add-on along with new car sales
- Candidates Should have Automobile Experience
- Good Communication Skill

- Expertise in Field Sales

- Plus Two/ Any Graduation
