Job Summary:
The Team Lead - Real Estate will oversee and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring efficient operations and successful property transactions. This role requires strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, and a customer-focused approach to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle high-profile clients and complex transactions directly when necessary.
• •Market Analysis and Strategy: •
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations for business development and market expansion.
• •Operations and Compliance: •
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of all necessary documentation.
• Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market conditions.
• Manage budgets and financial aspects related to team operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in real estate sales and client management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
