Team Leader Inside Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a result driven Inside sales team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the inside sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales representatives, fostering their professional development and ensuring a cohesive team dynamic.

4. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse sales metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.

6. Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach within the team, fostering strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.

7. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve sales processes, implementing best practices and innovative approaches.

8. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a sales team.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

7. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
