Process Overview* The CFO COO process supports day-to-day operations and priorities of the CFO. It also centrally oversees Operational Excellence efforts across the CFO Group. It establishes, maintains and monitors The CFO Group\xe2\x80\x99s technology initiative portfolio, technology strategy which includes ensuring a consistent approach to technology adoption, training and governance for both current and emerging technology. ensures adherence to key enterprise policies and standards across The CFO Group such as policy identification / Front Line Unit (FLU) guidance creation, implementation, monitoring, reporting, governance and escalation. * This position is for a support function aligned to the CFO COO & Governance organization. This position\xe2\x80\x99s main focus is to partner with onshore resources to test, remediate, and QA source documents, to ensure accessibility [Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance], prior to publish on the Investor Relations website. This position will interact regularly with Content Creators across CFO, the Investor Relations team, and the CFO COO and Governance organization. This position will also support other non-ADA governance and control activities across the broader organization as capacity allows. Responsibilities*
  • Become SME/trained in ADA testing and remediation on business documents through vendor and industry/internal sources
  • Using vendor software (CommonLook) and screen reader (JAWS) to establish and execute testing, remediation, and QA process
  • Perform sample quality testing on remediation work by current website vendor (one-time effort in remediating legacy documents previously posted)
  • Train 50+ content creators across CFO globally on how to use vendor software to enhance compliance - hosting training sessions, educating creators on improvement opportunities, etc.
  • Assist with implementing process improvements to reduce defects at creation (i.e. modify source document templates)
  • Support onshore resource in the general oversight of the testing and remediation process wherever necessary
  • Execute other business control processes and/or tech governance activities
  • Create Management reports
Requirements* Education* Graduate (any stream) Certifications If Any Experience Range* 3+ years of experience in system testing Foundational skills*
  • Critical thinking, time management, and written/oral communication skills
  • Technologically savvy \xe2\x80\x93 self-starter with ability to quickly learn and adapt in a changing environment
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; experience with identifying and remediating defects
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Presenting and providing instructions/guidance to large audiences; strong meeting facilitation skills
  • Able to handle BAC MNPI data (earnings reports, etc.)
  • Execution of control processes and governance/oversight routines
  • Candidate must be able to work both independently and as a team member
Desired skills
  • Prior experience with making documents accessible
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Development & Implementation Standards, which mandates that all customer-facing web content must meet Accessibility Guidelines as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1)
  • Advanced Tableau & Alteryx Skills
  • Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe/PDF skills
